Pineapple Pudding

Pineapple Pudding

    Stew chopped pineapple with 4 teaspoon sugar and cloves.

    Remove it from the fire, when pineapple is cooked and there is 1/2 cup syrup.

    Soak china grass in 1 1/2 cups water and keep aside.

    Mix condensed milk and 2 tins of milk and heat. Keep on stirring it. When this mixture gets hot add 10 teaspoon sugar and 2 teaspoon custard powder mixed in 1/2 tin milk.

    Keep stirring continuously and remove from fire just before the milk boils.

    Boil soaked china grass. When it is dissolved, strain it into hot custard and mix well. [Make sure both the custard and melted china grass should be of same temperature].

    Cool the custard to lukewarm. Add vanilla essence and 1/2 cup cream and mix well.

    Transfer it into a serving dish and keep it in the fridge.

    When the pudding is half set, strew pineapple pieces with syrup over pudding and keep it back in fridge till completely sets and serve.

  2. Sugar - 10 Teaspoon
  3. Milk - 2 1/2 Tin
  4. Chopped Pineapple - 2 cup
  5. Water - 1 1/2 cup
  6. China Grass - 10 Gram
  7. Cloves - 6 Numbers
  8. Vanilla Custard Powder - 2 Teaspoon
  9. Vanilla Essence - 1/4 tsp
  10. Thick Cream - 1/2 cup
