Chilli Chicken

    Chop the chicken into 1 in chunks and keep aside.

    Coat the chicken very well with curd and keep aside for 15-20 minutes.

    Mix salt and chilli powder. and coat the chicken with the mixture

  • 04

    Heat sufficient oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken until turns golden brown

Ingredients
  1. chicken (boneless) -500gms
  2. Kashmiri chillie powder-4 tbsp
  3. curd - 2 tbsp spoon
  4. ginger paste-1 tsp
  5. Garlic Paste- 1 tsp
  6. Oil - 1 small cup
  7. Salt as per taste
